Connie is a mother at heart from TN who now lives in a Florida community making life happen for her & her family.  She is a wife to the love of her life, mother to four living children, mother in love to one, Mimi to three grandbabies, and a bonus mom.  She loves the Lord with all her heart and has clung to Him since she was a very young daughter of the King.  

She has a heart for women and her goal is to help women heal and thrive through transformation from survivors to overcomers -especially Christian mothers and those who have gone through trauma and need love, support, and education to break free, heal, and overcome whatever is holding them back.  Her primary passion is those in or recovering from destructive marriages.  

She likes to write blogs, educational and encouraging posts, devotionals and is currently working on publishing her memoir-all of which offer hope to women in their times of need.  

Connie is a Board Certified Holistic Nurse Coach (NC-BC) who is also Certified in all of the following:  Trauma Informed, Mental Health Coach, Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, and as a Brainspotting Practitioner.   She uses Somatic Experiencing such as EFT, Butterfly tapping, Mindfulness/Meditation, EMDR, Brainspotting, Inner Healing Prayer,  Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology, Breathwork, and more to work on symptoms and Root Cause Resolution. 

Connie has worked as an RN Administrator with a senior home health agency, OR RN, Hospital Liaison/Patient Care Manager/Director of Clinical Relations with hospice, and as a Clinical Care Manager for a pediatric home health agency for children with severe disabilities and special needs. She’s been a mom for 31 years, homeschooling for 26, and has spent the last 24 of that time also taking care of 2 amazing young ladies that she adopted who have multiple severe disabilities.  Connie has spent ~30 years in women's/children's ministry and currently leads an online, weekly, Bible study with women from all over the U.S.  She has personally overcome multiple forms of abuse and trauma-physical, emotional, spiritual, & sexual, also having a mother with severe mental illness that's been missing since 2004, growing up fatherless, 23 years of marriage to a narcissist, losing a child by being stillborn into her own hands, years of chronic pain from a medical injury, etc.  She is now devoting all her experience and training to help as many women as she  can find victory, freedom, peace, and wellness.
